Cape Town water is notoriously heavily treated — I always thought my dry skin was just genetics. The ELVERE filter changed my mind completely. Smoother skin, softer hair, and I feel so much better about what I'm showering in.

Pretoria's water has always been so harsh on my hair — I'd wash it and it would feel stripped and dry within hours. After fitting the ELVERE shower filter, the difference was immediate. My hair actually feels moisturised after a shower now. I'm not even joking.

My skin was constantly breaking out and I couldn't figure out why. A friend suggested it might be the water here in Pretoria — she was right. Three weeks with the ELVERE filter and my skin is calmer than it's been in years.
